Yoga Therapy
This 1:1 Yoga therapy session will help you to come home to yourself. Using Viniyoga therapeutic techniques, I will craft a practice just for you and your needs. Sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere.
Yoga + Tarot Class
Take time to listen to yourself with this yoga and tarot class. We will spend a few minutes at the beginning of the class to pull a card and check in, then do a practice based on a specific tarot card. Offered at sliding scale.
Kids Yoga
We offer kids yoga classes in series. The next on starts November 7th. Sign up today!
Postnatal Yoga
Spend time with your baby and other new moms in this hour long class where we will move, breathe and connect with one another!

Where are your in person classes?
We meet at EAST Collective! 805 Woodland St #330, Nashville, TN 37206. Go all the way to the back of the building. Free parking in the lot out front!
Can I drop my child off for kid's yoga classes?
For classes for over 5 year olds, you can drop off! For the younger kiddos, please stay on site, or join us!
Can I bring my baby to postnatal yoga?
Yes, but you don't have to!
